Order Turn Around Time

At Elements Studio NYC all of our pieces are hand cast, hand set, and hand made in NYC.

We will make every effort to ship items within 7-10 business days. We will try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Contact us at info@elementsstudio.nyc prior to placing order to confirm that we can make your requested delivery date.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Notes

All purchases include a gift bag, tissue paper and a special gift pouch with a sage burning ritual and cleanse. Requests for personal gift notes are free of charge and should be e-mailed to us.

Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order been completed and shipped. If your order is placed on a national holiday or weekend it will be processed on the next business day.

We offer complimentary hand delivery throughout Manhattan which will require a signature.

All orders will be shipped and insured through USPS.

Delivery will be attempted to your address 3 times. A signature is required. Elements Studio is not responsible for a shipment that is ‘returned to sender.’
There will be an additional fee to resend.

We will insure all shipments. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves our studio. We will do everything we can to assist you.

Overnight and 2nd day are available for an additional charge after the 7-10 day production time.

Orders may not be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

** We ship internationally for an additional fee.

Changes and Cancellations - Once an order has been submitted it is considered final.
We cannot guarantee that the purchase can be modified or cancelled. We will do our very best to help if it has not gone into production.

Request a Return or Exchange

Elements Studio NYC believes that you will love your new piece of jewelry. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@elementsstudio.nyc to obtain a return authorization, shipping label and tracking number. We accept exchanges when jewelry is in its original condition accompanied by the original packaging. We will issue you a store credit.

Unfortunately, if your piece was engraved, you will be charged a restocking fee of $35.00.

Custom order engraved rings regrettably cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resizing rings, bracelets, necklaces

There will be a minimal fee to cover the cost for us to resize and are determined on an individual basis. Please contact us at info@elementsstudio.nyc.

Repair Policy

Repairs and changes on jewelry are handled on a case by case basis. Please email us a detailed repair request as well as a photo. We will review and contact you with an estimate of the repair. We recommend that you package the item securely and insure package.
Repairs take approximately 2 weeks.

Losing a diamond

Our pieces at Elements Studio NYC are delicate and should be gently worn. Fine jewelry with small diamonds that have pave settings are not as strong and vulnerable to loss. The size of the diamonds determines the strength and stability of the setting. That being said the loss of a diamond on our pieces cannot always be prevented. If you lose a diamond there will be a minimal charge to cover replacing stone and setting stone and this will be handled on an individual basis.

How long does it take to receive an order?

All of our pieces are handmade to order and it usually takes 7-10 business days to complete. Once your order has passed quality control inspection it is then shipped which takes 3-5 business days.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes, we ship all of our jewelry through USPS priority mail which typically takes 1-3 business days. All of our pieces are fully insured and must be signed for when received.

How quickly can I get my Jewelry made and do you provide rush service?

We provide rush services when possible, and additional rush fees may apply.

How can I track an order once it is shipped?

Once an order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking code.

I live in NYC, can I pick up an order?

We have free delivery in NYC, signature is required.

Is it safe to ship jewelry?

Yes, all of our orders are shipped thru USPS and are fully insured by us.
A signature is required for each order.

Am I liable for jewelry order while it is being shipped?

No, we fully insure each order while it is in transit and is risk free, For added security it is our policy that a signature is required on all orders.

Can I have an order gift wrapped or add a gift note?

Yes each order is shipped in a gift bag and wrapped in tissue. For a gift note, please put in comments when placing your order.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Can you change an order once it is placed?

Once an order is placed it is considered final. We cannot guarantee that the purchase can be modified or cancelled. We will do our very best to help if it has not gone into production.

What if I get a ring that does not fit?

There will be a minimal fee to resize and it will be determined on an individual basis. Due to the design on some bands not all rings can be resized.

What if I get a necklace and want it to be longer or shorter?

We can adjust the length of the necklace. There will be a minimal fee if we need to lengthen the chain.

How should I clean my jewelry?

We recommend cleaning with a diluted mix of ammonia and water or a very mild detergent and a very soft cloth. Afterwards, rinse very well in a warm bowl of water and dry well using a soft cloth. Always place pieces in a bowl and not in a sink to clean.

Your piece will retain its beauty if cared for properly. 14K gold does not tarnish the way silver and brass do, however gold is a soft metal it can be easily scratched if not handled carefully. Regular cleaning and polishing will keep your jewelry looking sparkly and new.

Why are there VVS2 and VS1 next to diamonds?

Diamonds are graded for clarity. VVS2-VS1 stands for Very Very Slight Inclusions & Very Slight Inclusions. Our color range is between F Colorless & G near colorless, depending on availability. We only source the finest quality diamonds and this is a reflection on the brilliance as well as the value of each piece.

What are your sustainable practices?

We are committed sustainable, green and ethical production process. This includes only using conflict free diamonds as well a precious stones and hand casting our pieces with recycled gold. It is a dream and a goal of ours to give back to women and children in need. Each year we will choose an organization to donate 5% of our profits. This year we have chosen Bent on Learning, an organization that brings yoga to classrooms in inner city schools of NYC.

Do you make custom or special orders?

Can I choose an intention word that is not on the list?

Yes, but on most necklaces the tag is small so it cannot be more than 5 letters.

What if I don’t know my ring size?

Finding your ring size can be tricky. Guessing your ring size from a paper chart is not accurate. We highly recommend that you go to a local jeweler to find out what your true ring size is. If you plan on stacking rings we recommend that you go up ½ size. If you have no way of getting your ring size email us and we will be happy to find a way to help. Info@ElementsStudio.NYC

Love & Care

Our pieces will retain their beauty if they are cared for properly. 14K gold does not tarnish the way silver and brass do. They do need to be cleaned and polished to stay sparkly and looking new.

We recommend using a diluted mix of ammonia and water or a very mild detergent and a very soft cloth to clean following rinsing very well in a warm bowl of water and dry well using a soft cloth.

All gemstones can chip and scratch, so avoid wearing them when doing household chores or manual labor.

Our pieces are very delicate and we recommend you occasionally check to see if a stone or stones are secure in its setting. If stone/stones do feel loose please contact us and we will happily tighten the setting for you at no charge except for the shipping costs.

Cleanings

We will offer free jewelry cleaning for 2 years from the date of purchase. After 2 years there will be a $25.00 fee for professional cleaning and will inspect your piece as well to make sure stones are secure. Please note all shipping costs must be covered by customers.
